Work Centre – Truro Campus
Provides enhanced program delivery with a unique student focused approach to training; combining work placements, technical, essential and employability skills, so as to, facilitate sustainable attachment to the labour market.

Continuing Care Assistant / Development Centre
Provides Continuing Education, Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL); and a variety of Certificate Courses for non-certified frontline care providers who aim to gain provincial CCA Certification.

Customized Training
Provides short term employability and technical skills training throughout the province. These offerings are tailored to respond to the specific recruitment demands of local industry, linking students to employers.

Connex for Youth

The 13-week Connex assessment and employment exploration program offers pre-employment activities, career decision making tools, skills enhancement workshops and an introduction to computer literacy.

Futureworx is now a Nova Scotia Works Employment Services Centre. We help job seekers and employers navigate a range of programs - from career planning, job searches and on-the-job development to recruitment, planning and HR support.
