We are currently looking for a Production and Labour Supervisor (Management Trainee) at our Milford location. The right candidate will be responsible for production scheduling, facilitating coordinator roles, as well as managing and analyzing production and labour data for continuous improvement opportunities. You will also need to coordinate and mediate with other operations, be responsible for employee morale, team building, and discipline as well as assisting the Operations Manager with budgeting, special projects and growth opportunities. The Successful Candidate will be responsible for: - Maintaining a positive and effective safety culture. - Scheduling, coordinating, and communicating production schedules, goals, and efficiencies. - Analyzing production data, while managing and reviewing quality assurance data. - Communicating and cooperating with supporting operations. - Analyzing and facilitating continuous improvement opportunities. - Concise communication with co-workers, supervisors, and equipment manufacturers. The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications: - Proven leadership and communication skills. - Moderate to advanced computer skills (data & database management; basic macro/program writing abilities). - Self-disciplined and effective time management skills. - Post-secondary education in business management/computer related degrees.
