We are currently looking for a Wet Plants Coordinator at our Milford location. The right candidate will be responsible for safety and will be a constant presence on site during operation, while coordinating with other operations. They will also be accountable for the collection of Quality Assurance and Quality Control data, production and time cards, and be responsible for employee morale, team building, and discipline as well as working with management toward continuous improvement Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: - Ability to take a hands-on approach to numerous duties and responsibilities. - Have the competence to get other workforces/employers to want to help and assist you in your duties. - Maintaining a positive and effective safety culture. - Problem solving issues with products, temporary repairs, and maintenance. - Communicating with production team regarding daily goals and the importance of achieving them. - Enforcing quality standards and collecting and reviewing all product testing. - Be responsible for the ordering of plant supplies and maintaining inventory. - Communicate and cooperate with supporting operations. - Perform annual reviews/performance appraisals. - Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent. - Sand/Aggregate/quarry operation experience will be considered and asset.
