We value our relationship with the Nova Scotia Career Development Association, and are honoured to share our innovative approachThe NSCDA partnered with Futureworx, a recognized leader in developing employability skills through the use of ESAT (Employability Skills Assessment Tool) to develop and deliver the two pilot projects, one in the summer of 2018 and one in the summer of 2019. The approach with students (and employers) was designed to promote learner self-awareness about their employability skills and help them alter behaviours that are problematic in the workplace.
