Looking for full time apprentice(s)/farmer(s) from April 1st to November (possibility of employment extension). You must have a love for the land and sustainable agriculture, enjoy working and having fun while you work. First consideration given to those with prior experience or education in Agriculture.

Work on a diverse 30 acre Certified organic teaching farm that grows for markets, seed production, and culinary/medicinal herbal products.

  • Must be good at record keeping, multitasking, taking initiative and able to work in various weather conditions.
  • Able to work alone or in group setting, and help occasionally with markets, workshops, and on-farm events.
  • Potential employee(s) need to be in good physical shape (able to lift up to 40lbs)

We are a non-smoking farm. Lots of opportunity for learning. Challenging, diverse job in a very positive work environment. Room & board possible option.

Salary Range: Starting at $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
