We are eagerly seeking a new integral member of our team at GroundMAX. Do you know your tires, can you handle a fast paced environment, take pride in your work, are physically fit and believe in a strong team that works together to make out customers day better? Then you are our candidate!!

Duties Include:

  • Installation, balance, rotation and repair of passenger, light truck, lawn tractor tires
  • Inspection of tires and wheels for correct inflation, wear patterns, tread depth and damage
  • Work with tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS)
  • Maintenance of service equipment
  • Specialty tire work including: studding of passenger and light truck tires
  • Unloading and loading shipments as needed
  • Cleaning and organizing shop


Monday to Friday (off season)

Monday to Saturday (busy season)

Other Requirements :
  • Customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain and develop relationships with team members and customers
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills-We need outgoing personalities who can communicate well with customers and other team members.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Organization, time management, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to have and maintain valid drivers license
  • Basic computer skills an asset
  • Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs
Salary Range: $14.00 per hour
