Right now the market is HOT, because the Provincial Governments across Canada have rebate programs which refund the property owner up to 30-40% of their cost of going Solar up to $10,000! Sales have never been easier in this industry.

In this Inbound Lead Management role, there is no cold calling, all leads are generated for you so contact is 50% by appointment and 50% follow up. Your job will be to speak to the customers and guide them through the process of going solar. Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in solar energy sales and/or business development is an asset
  • Proven track record of a consultative sales approach is an asset
  • Proven track record closing deals for high ticket items is an asset
  • Excellent understanding of Residential & Commercial Solar Market is an asset
  • Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills is required
  • Excellent time management skills are required.
  • High degree of professionalism and conduct at all times
  • Job Type: Full-time/ Commission Sales

Experience:

  • Sales: 2 years minimum.
  • Solar Energy Sales: 1 – 2 years an asset.
  • Post Secondary Education
