Initially established in 1987, OSCO Aggregates supplies construction aggregate products throughout Colchester County, Nova Scotia, the greater Moncton area of New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island. With two Nova Scotia locations in Glenholme and Canaan Mountain, OSCO Aggregates supplies crushed and natural construction aggregates for the concrete, asphalt, road-building and excavation industries. In addition, it manufactures specialty aggregates, such as pea stone for playgrounds, roofing ballast and red granite for use in exposed aggregate concrete.

Our Glenholme location has an available position of a Loader Operator, starting immediately.


  • Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment;
  • Machine maintenance such as: Greasing, fueling, cleaning, washing;
  • Loading trucks with aggregate;
  • Feeding the wash plant and stockpiling material;
  • Maintaining smooth and level roadways and working areas;
  • Operate Front End Loader in a safe manner;
  • Other duties as


  • Minimum of 2-year experience operating a front end loader;
  • Must be familiar with and adhere to service requirements, equipment and operator limitations and safe operating

This position is seasonal with the possibility of year-round.
