Job Start Date: As soon as possible

The company is a multi-faceted business providing residential and commercial property renovations, repair and full construction services on a year-round basis.  We are looking to hire a carpenter who is reliable, respectful, adaptable, with excellent work ethics and who are willing to put in the extra effort to meet the needs of our customers and the ongoing demands of our growing company. Suitable candidates will have the following required qualifications and experience:

Other Requirements :
  • Having up-to-date safety training certifications in fall protection, scaffolding and first aid are an asset
  • Diligent and hardworking
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Able to be flexible in hours of work as company demands requirements
  • Able to drive company vehicles (possessing a valid drivers’ licence and clean driving abstract)
  • Able and willing to work indoors and outdoors sometimes in inclement weather
  • Physical endurance with frequent lifting of heavy tools and materials and long periods of standing, climbing, bending, kneeling
  • Willing and able to travel as required
  • Able to provide references confirming required training and experience
  • Fully trained and experienced in construction carpentry (general, rough and finish) with experience in the entire construction process (building, renovations, repair)
  • Able to read and follow blueprints and building plans, drawings and specifications
  • Good focus and attention to detail
  • Impeccable customer service skills and friendly and accommodating demeanor

Candidates will be required to provide a clear criminal background check and satisfactory reference checks to be eligible for hire.

Salary Range: Compensation is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
