Job Start Date: May - Oct 2020 with possibility of year round work

Located on Station Road in Tatamagouche, Big Al’s is open 7 days a week and prides itself on good quality, home-style cooking.  We are currently hiring 2 Sandwich/Salad Artists.

Duties Include:

  • Prepares food neatly according to specifications and in a timely manner
  • Checks products in sandwich/salad prep area and restocks items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift
  • Understands and adheres to proper food handling standards
  • Keep a clean work station

35 hours per week minimum with every 2nd weekend off.

Benefits package available for full-time year-round staff.

Other Requirements :
  • Experience preferred but will train
  • Be organized and take initiative
  • Be a strong team player
  • Follow direction from the manager/supervisor
  • Physically fit and able to work on your feet for 8 hours or more
  • Able to lift 40 lbs and comfortable using stairs
  • Food Handlers course an asset
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Salary Range: $14.50 per hour
