As a Service Advisor you will be our frontline customer relations and service representative, therefore, attention to detail and superior customer service skills are imperative. You will be entrusted to build and foster customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle; obtaining customer’s approval of estimates and answering questions and concerns. Determine automotive problems and services by listening to customer’s description of symptoms and clarifying description of problems and develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labour.
This is a full-time position offering 40-45 hours per week, no evenings nor weekends. The ideal candidate for this role:
- Proven track record for providing outstanding customer service
- Preference will be given to applicants with experience in Parts and/or Service
- Must be empathetic, friendly and outgoing with superior communication skills
- A collaborative team player; ability to interact positively and constructively with customers, vendors and coworkers
