Our Futureworx Truro and Elmsdale locations are part of the Nova Scotia Works Employment Services Centre network. Our dedicated team specializes in providing comprehensive assistance to both job seekers and employers, offering guidance across a range of programs.

Our services encompass career planning, job searches, on-the-job development, recruitment, as well as strategic planning and human resources support.

  • Job Search Support – We provide expertise in resume development, interview preparation, labour market trends and job search strategies through one-on-one support and through a monthly workshop series.

  • Job Development – our Job Developers are uniquely positioned to bring together job seekers experiencing disability with employers seeking qualified and skilled workers. We connect job seekers with inclusive employers, develop relevant job opportunities and find solutions to current business concerns.

  • Career Counselling – We offer one-on-one support and guidance around career decision-making, career assessments, skill inventories and in-depth counselling for individuals facing a new career path.

  • Online Services – Our website and social media presence allow for essential information to be accessible online. Here you will find relevant links, articles, forms, contacts, event notices and resources to support your employment goals.
