As members of our Nova Scotia Works team, our Employer Engagement Specialists provide frontline support for employers, ensuring they have the support they need to address their human resource and strategic planning needs. They help with job postings and promotion, recruitment and retention efforts, labour market information and facilitation of access to other programs and resources, such as wage subsidies.
