Employers – Understanding the needs of our employer community is a cornerstone of our operations. Whether that means tailoring our services to meet a specific employers needs, collaborating with industry sectors on growth initiatives, or supporting recruitment and retention, engagement with employers is a top priority.

Community – Our partnerships extend from local, provincial, national to international. With a commitment to enhancing the potential of our clients, our products and our services, we collaborate with community partners to successfully reach our shared objectives.

Government – With ongoing support from all levels of government it allows for the enrichment of our products and services. Through funding, grants, research and development, and advisory support, our collaboration with government is vital to our success.

Nova Scotia Works

Futureworx is now a Nova Scotia Works Employment Services Centre. We help job seekers and employers navigate a range of programs – from career planning, job searches and on-the-job development to recruitment, planning and HR support.

Employability Skills Assessment Tool

The Employability Skills Assessment Tool (ESAT) provides a framework and quantitative assessment methodology for the development of nine employability skills: motivation, attitude, accountability, time management, stress management, presentation, teamwork, adaptability and confidence.
